Home Learning Chapter 5 - Due 12/12 and 12/13

Students are responsible for constructing a 3 column chart. In the first column (The Word), second column (definition in your own words), last column (sentence using the word). Please note that your chart should have all of the words from Chapter 5. 

No late submissions will be accepted. Your chart can be hand-written or typed.

Please note that grades in this course have been updated with the latest information as of today. Of course, not including the assignment students turned in today.

Any students in danger of failing at this point for A day classes have received a scholarship warning to bring home and have signed. All scholarship warnings should be returned to me by the next class period. Please note that any outstanding assignments that can bring the student's grade up have been listed on the scholarship warning.

B day scholarship warnings will go out on 11/10.

Please note that all assigned work listed on scholarship warnings is due by 11/17 (B day) and 11/18 (A day).

No late submissions will be provided for any item listed. 

Chapter 3 Test Corrections

Put the question number.

Write out the correct answer choice.

Provide a single sentence statement providing evidence to support your correct answer.

You will then attach the correction sheet to your original test and all corrections are due by 11/17-11/18

As a reminder!

The 2 homework assignments for this unit are:

1. Vocabulary- Create a poem based upon ancient India using all of the vocabulary words from Chapter 4. Your poem MUST be typed, and all vocabulary words should be underlined. 

2. Achieve Article-Can you count to one billion?

**Please note that just as in last unit, I will post the assignment to the board and leave it there for the entire unit. I will try to remember to remind you each class period, and especially as time is winding down. NO LATE submissions will be accepted as students are given 3 weeks to complete the homework. **

Cant locate the article? Make sure that you are on World History, and that you are spelling the article name correctly. You should also go to your inbox or my lessons. The article should be one of the options in this area.

The DUE DATE is not the time to ask questions about these assignments. If you have questions, please ask during the WORK PERIOD of any class BEFORE the due dates. 

DUE: November 17 and 18- If you will not be here, please make arrangements to turn the assignments in early.
